Why should I choose Alaska Exquisite Travel?

Alaska Exquisite Travel is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Though we are  a small, family-owned business, our tour guide Jeremy has years of tour guiding experience. He has received outstanding reviews from his guests throughout his career, maintains his CPR and emergency response certifications, and is passionate about sharing adventures and knowledge with visitors to Alaska!

 

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

We understand that travel plans can be up in the air due to COVID-19. Guests are able to cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the tour/transfer departure time for a full refund. Our tours depart rain or shine and rarely cancel, but if it does, you will either get a full refund or partial refund depending on the length of your experience. For cancelled bookings that were initially booked directly on our website, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of your cancellation request.

 

What should I wear while on tour?

We suggest wearing a base layer and bringing an extra layer. Rain gear is also recommended as weather can change quickly.

 

Do you cancel due to weather conditions?

Our tours depart rain or shine, but if a tour does cancel we will refund a full or partial amount due pending on the length of your experience.

 

Do you accommodate solo travelers?

Our tours are great for solo travelers! However, we do have a two person minimum for our tours, shuttles, and transfers. Please call us at (907) 885-1675 or email tours@alaskaexquisitetravel.com to see if we have met the two person minimum for the date you plan to book with us.
