He’s CPR and emergency response certified and passionate about sharing Alaska’s beauty and culture with every guest.

What is your cancellation & refund policy?
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure for a full refund. Our tours run rain or shine and rarely cancel, but in the unlikely event of a cancellation, you’ll receive either a full or partial refund based on the length of your experience. For bookings made directly on our website, refunds are processed within 30 days of your cancellation request.

What should I wear while on tour?
We recommend dressing in layers for comfort and bringing a waterproof layer, as Alaska’s weather can change quickly. Sturdy shoes are also a good idea for any outdoor adventures.

Do you cancel tours due to weather?
Our tours operate rain or shine! If a cancellation does occur, you will receive a full or partial refund based on the portion of the tour that was completed.

Do you accommodate solo travelers?
Absolutely! Our tours are great for solo travelers. However, we do require a two-person minimum for tours, shuttles, and transfers. Contact us at (907) 885-1675 or email us at tours@alaskaexquisitetravel.com to check if the minimum has been met for your desired date.

Are your tours and shuttles family-friendly?
Yes! Our tours and shuttles are perfect for families. We also provide one car seat and one booster seat upon request (one of each per tour) to make traveling with little ones easy and safe.

Do you offer hotel pickup and drop-off?
Yes! All of our tours, shuttles, and transfers include convenient hotel pick-up and drop-off services to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Are we required to tip our guide?
Tipping is not required but is greatly appreciated as a way to thank your guide for a fantastic adventure. We recommend $10–$20 per traveler in your group as a guideline.
